KLiP Customer Service

We, at KLiP Comm., desire to provide you with the highest level of service we can offer. We continue to evolve and improve our service capabilities in order to exceed your expectations. To meet that end, we have established a Wholesale Service Support group, here in our Conyers’ office. This organization will be staffed, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6:00pm in the eastern time zone. Calls received after-hours will be routed to our after-hours service who will contact our Operations staff as necessary.

We have implemented a trouble management software package that will enable our team to record service issues and develop a history for ongoing or chronic problems. We will encourage you to contact the KLiP Comm Support Group to open a trouble ticket prior to escalating a service issue so we can document and track all issues within the corporation appropriately.

Also available is our KLiP Network Operations Workbook (KNOW). This document reflects our Network Operations process and procedures for handling both network events and individual customer service issues. Please feel free to review the document and provide us with any feedback you may have.
