KLiP Communications
KLiP would like to offer the following products and services for resale to the cable industry.
- Hosted PBX. The cable company could offer a full featured PBX type system to small and medium sized businesses within their cable footprint.
- The EMTA we have tested is the Arris 1, 8 and 12 port models.
- For offices with greater than 12 phones, we would use an EMTA and Cisco Router and Switch. You could have as many phones as needed for the environment. The limit would be the upstream bandwidth on the cable plant. Each simultaneous phone call requires 80k of bandwidth (40 simultaneous phones X 80k = 3.2 megs upstream requirement). Direct fiber connections would eliminate this problem.
- The phones that we would offer are Cisco or wireless phones from Zitel.
- User would need to purchase a UPS system.
- Limited and Unlimited LD packages
- Per seat pricing
- Provisioning and setup services
- Multi-site voice integration within Cable market and outside the market.
- Off Premise exchange – get your work calls to simultaneously ring at home.
- Home Office hosted PBX. Package created specifically for the home based business.
- Would use a standard one port EMTA and whatever phone customer chooses to use.
- Trunk circuits to existing PBX systems. Many companies have an investment in their existing phone systems. We would allow them to keep their phone systems and bring in new circuits to supply these phone systems.
- Use EMTA. Each port on an EMTA can support 8 seats on a traditional PBX system. Each 12 port EMTA can support up to 96 users.
- User would need to purchase a UPS system.
- Sold on a per seat basis.
- VPN’s – we can create secure, reliable private networks for businesses that want to connect together or share files between home and office.
- IVR’s – Initial Voice Recordings. We could create the entire voice menu that a customer hears when they call the business. Music on hold, etc.
- Portal – a complete customer self management tool. Customers can make any changes to their phone systems, office configurations that they choose.
- Exchange and Domain hosting
- All email and Microsoft licensing.
